Pinteresting Finds #3!

This week, I’m focusing on the barn! There are some great products out there that I would LOVE to use on a daily basis and I’m sure you would too! I’m always looking for the latest and greatest product to make my life easier or more efficient when it comes to chores and organizing so I can spend less time on that stuff and more time riding! And have you seen some of the equine facility designs on Pinterest? It’s enough to make any equestrian drool! So grab a towel and keep reading!

1. Barn aisle vacuum – YES PLEASE!!

2. Ground Hog Arena Tool – pretty much eliminates the need for two tractors or two pieces of equipment to manage your arena footing! And it sprays water too!

3. Blackburn Architects’ Green Barns – combine this with successful coposting, add a garden and you’re on your way off the grid!

4. Octagon tack room – not sure where this is from, but I love the unique shape and the gigantic size of this thing!

Aren’t these amazing! A barn vacuum? Really? Genius!! And the arena tool would be so helpful! I love the idea of using one tool to do it all – including watering which takes forever by hand or sprinkler! I particularly like the idea of incorporating solar panels on the barn. Can you imagine your barn going totally off the grid? Wow! I’d love to build a barn with these and use all sustainable and recycled products. My hippie days might be behind me, but I can still appreciate smart design with a lower impact on our environment. And check out that tack room! My dream is to have a Spanish style barn someday, and this octagon seating area with snaffle bit tiles totally fits right in! I could definitely see myself here! Cleaning tack would be way more fun!
