Hello, again!

Hello, again! After a few years off, I’m back behind the blog! A lot has happened in a few years: I had a baby girl (“Hattie”), started working from home doing freelance graphic design while chasing a small child, and we finally started working on our “fixer upper” out in the country.

As I was juggling all of the things, I would find myself thinking “that would make a great blog post” or “I should really get back into blogging and post that”. Finally, with the encouragement of my sweet husband, I’ve decided to start back up again but shift my focus from exclusively equine content to highlighting all of the things in my life that spark creativity. From graphic design projects and tips to home renovations, fun craft projects and even sharing printables I’ve made for my daughter, this new direction will encompass a wide variety of topics but all with the common thread of creativity.

I decided to go with a larger theme rather than a single topic for the blog because I wanted to paint a picture of my life as a whole. I’m not just a mom or just a designer or just an equestrian, I’m a little bit of all of those things rolled into one.
